Here are some of the 21 cards in this pack
Que legal!Literally: "How cool!" — Brazil's most versatile sarcastic phrase. Said flatly, it means "I could not care less." The more drawn out the "legaaaal," the more sarcastic.
Tá bomLiterally: "It's good / Okay." — Dismissive agreement. When someone says something you don't believe: "Tá bom" with a slow nod means "sure, Jan."
Nossa, que surpresaLiterally: "Wow, what a surprise." — Zero surprise detected. Used when something entirely predictable happens. The "nossa" adds fake drama.
ImaginaLiterally: "Imagine." — Can mean "you're welcome" genuinely, or sarcastically "I can only imagine how hard that was" (it wasn't).
Ah, é?Literally: "Oh, is it?" — Flat, unimpressed response to someone's news or story. The Brazilian "you don't say."
Parabéns, heinLiterally: "Congratulations, huh." — The "hein" makes it sarcastic. Used when someone makes a mess or a bad decision.
Tá de parabénsLiterally: "You deserve congratulations." — Said when someone does something spectacularly dumb. Brazilian ironic applause.
Que bom pra vocêLiterally: "How good for you." — Classic "I don't care about your good news" response. Often paired with a fake smile.
