1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iwill.study, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

iwill.study is a language learning platform that uses spaced repetition flashcards to help you study effectively. You can add cards from the web app, mobile app, API integrations, or third-party tools. The service is available via web and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans & Subscriptions

iwill.study offers a Free plan (up to 5 decks and 1,200 cards) and a Pro plan ($3.99/month or $29.99/year) with unlimited access. Free users can continue studying existing cards but cannot add new cards or decks beyond the limits.

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. iOS subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for web purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. iOS refunds follow Apple's refund policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any flashcard decks and study content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service to distribute harmful or illegal content.

7. Third-Party Integrations

iwill.study allows you to add cards via API and third-party tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, browser extensions). Content added through these integrations is your responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy of externally generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

iwill.study is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of iwill.study after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
